Our mission is to provide sustainable solutions to critical issues such as poverty, education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability. We work closely with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to create impactful and lasting change.

 

Position Overview:

We Care International is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of impact and growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic leadership, and represent We Care International globally. This is a volunteer position, ideal for a visionary leader passionate about seniors’ wellness, minority youth empowerment, and global humanitarian support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of We Care International’s strategic plan in line with the vision and goals of the Board.
  2. Collaborate with Country Liaisons to oversee and support operations in all countries where We Care International is active.
  3. Drive the growth of membership and donor support across all regions.
  4. Represent the organization in partnerships, community forums, and fundraising events.
  5. Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations.

 

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit or community-based organization
    • Passion for humanitarian and social development work
    • Strong strategic thinking, fundraising, and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders
    • Experience working with Boards and reporting to them
