the organization\u2019s IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT support tickets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Network Management:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in configuring and managing network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular network performance tests and implement improvements as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Data Management and Security:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the implementation and management of data backup and recovery solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Software and Application Support:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software applications used by the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in evaluating and selecting new software solutions to meet organizational Projects:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the planning and executing of IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the IT team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Document project plans, progress, and outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Vendor and Stakeholder Management:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with vendors to procure, install, and maintain IT equipment and services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with vendor contracts and service level agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>IT Policy and Compliance:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure IT systems and processes are compliant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Training and other IT-related tasks and special projects as the IT Director assigns.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously seek to improve IT processes and services to support the organization\u2019s mission better.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or analyst role, preferably within an NGO or charity organization.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in managing and supporting IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data management and security best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard IT management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting
