Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We Care International is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of impact and growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic leadership, and represent We Care International globally. This is a volunteer position<\/strong>, ideal for a visionary leader passionate about seniors’ wellness, minority youth empowerment, and global humanitarian support.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Lead the development and execution of We Care International\u2019s strategic plan in line with the vision and goals of the Board.<\/li>\n
  2. Collaborate with Country Liaisons to oversee and support operations in all countries where We Care International is active.<\/li>\n
  3. Drive the growth of membership and donor support across all regions.<\/li>\n
  4. Represent the organization in partnerships, community forums, and fundraising events.<\/li>\n
  5. Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit or community-based organization<\/li>\n
      • Passion for humanitarian and social development work<\/li>\n
      • Strong strategic thinking, fundraising, and communication skills<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders<\/li>\n
      • Experience working with Boards and reporting to them\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Tasks and Responsibilities<\/strong>
            \u2022 Reports to the Administrative Officer
            \u2022 Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
            \u2022 Carries out administrative duties such as typing, calls, copying, binding, and preparing presentation slides
            \u2022 Makes arrangements for event locations
            \u2022 Works in collaboration with other departments to ensure overall organizational efficiency
            \u2022 Prepares reports and files the same on the organization's storage devices
            \u2022 Exhibits polite and professional communication via telephone, e-mail, and mail.
            \u2022 Provides information by answering questions and requests.
            \u2022 Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
            \u2022 Maintains a database of all members and volunteers
            \u2022 Publishes notices of meetings and takes notes
            \u2022 Attends meetings of members\/volunteers
            \u2022 All other duties as deemed necessary
            \u2022 Participates in functions organized to achieve the organization's objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
